Cranberry Pork Roast

3 lb. pork loin roast
1 tsp  ginger, ground
1/2 tsp dried mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 (16-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/3 cup cranberry juice
3 tbsp lemon juice

Place all ingredients in one gallon freezer bag, shake it up, seal, label and put in the freezer. Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours.
