1/4 C steel cut oats
1/2 C milk
1/4 C greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey
dash of cinnamon
1 mason jar w/ lid
Place all ingredients into mason jar and shake well to mix. Let sit overnight and enjoy cold in the morning.
Optional additions: diced fruit, applesauce or cocoa powder
